\u25cf Mr. Abdul Qadir Al-Mahdi Hassan, the appointed Mayor of the Qatroun Municipal Council, delivered a speech during the scientific symposium held under the slogan \"To Enhance Economic Cooperation\" in the Jewel Hall in the city of Qatroun, where he stated:<\/p>\n
\u25cf In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, the best of prayers and peace be upon him.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Distinguished attendees.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Our esteemed guests.<\/p>\n
\u2013 I greet you with the greeting of Islam; peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Dear guests, we say to you:<\/p>\n
\u2013 You are most welcome, and we are very happy to have you with us in the Municipality of Qatroun as part of the symposium held under the title \"Trade Between Libya and Sub-Saharan Countries \u2013 Opportunities and Challenges\" with the slogan: \"To Enhance Economic Cooperation.\"<\/p>\n

\u25cf Ladies and gentlemen, attendees.<\/p>\n
\u2013 This trade is not a recent phenomenon; it has existed throughout history and in previous periods, especially in the southern regions of Libya, due to the geographical location of these areas and the capabilities and competencies present.<\/p>\n

\u25cf We look forward to deriving beneficial outcomes from this scientific symposium that will serve these regions and enhance trade through this scientific platform.<\/p>\n
