\u25cf On the morning of Tuesday, July 22, 2025, Mr. Mohamed Matouq, Director of the Information and Documentation Center at Fezzan University, participated in a meeting organized by the electronic portal team at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Ministry Affairs Office, the Director of University Affairs, and the Directors of Documentation and Information Offices from Libyan universities.<\/p>\n

\u25cf During the meeting, mechanisms for updating and developing the ministry's electronic portal were discussed, and key challenges and difficulties faced by students, teaching assistants, faculty members, and staff during registration processes were presented. Efforts were made to find effective solutions to facilitate procedures and enhance performance.<\/p>\n

\u25cf It is noteworthy that Mr. Mohamed Matouq's participation as the Director of the Information and Documentation Center at the university reflects Fezzan University's commitment to actively contribute to digital transformation and enhance the level of electronic services that support the educational and administrative processes at the university and Libyan universities in general.<\/p>\n
