Evaluation of the websites quality of Algerian universities according to the Webometrics classification- Blida2 University as a model-

Abstract

     This research seeks to achieve the main goal of researching the quality of the website of the Algerian University according to the international Webometrics classification, through the Blida University model, 2. To achieve this goal, the analytical descriptive approach was used, by analyzing the data of the website of the university under study, based on the recognized international quality standards.

     The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are: The design of the university’s website is distinguished by its quality, and it is comparable to most of the websites of Algerian universities. The university’s ranking is very low, whether globally or nationally, according to the January 2023 edition, according to the Webometrics classification. The reason for this is due to the low excellence index, since The number of articles published in Scopus is very low.
