Abstract

Honorable imams and virtuous scholars have emerged in our country in various sciences and over the years, and among them the notable sheikh, the fundamentalist jurist, the hypothetical professor, Dr. Omar Mouloud Abd al-Hamid, and this comes the research sheds light on the efforts made by the sheikh in order to spread jurisprudence and its principles, by writing, teaching, and fatwa, through the study of one of his books, which is the book "Al-Khalasat Al-Wafiya fi Ahkam Al-Inheritance and the commandment.”

 The study also aims to arouse the interest of researchers and science students to study the works of scholars our country, and to achieve this, and for the study to bear fruit, the researcher followed the inductive and analytical approach. by studying the Sheikh's personal and scientific life, while tracking the details and issues of the book, relying on that, based on the most reliable sources and oral narrations, according to a plan that included an introduction and two topics. The first topic, in which the scholarly biography of the sheikh, his scientific output, and the jobs he held were presented. The second topic dealt with the study of the book in terms of its sources, methodology, style, and scientific value
