Speech of the Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Conference

Abstract

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the most honorable of prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad, and upon his family and companions altogether.
Honorable attendees, each by name and title, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
It is a pleasure for us at the beginning of this distinguished scientific conference, the second conference for the development of accounting, administrative, and financial sciences and their impact on sustainable development, to warmly welcome you and extend our heartfelt thanks for your valuable efforts in enriching this scientific event.
Dear attendees,
The Scientific Committee began its work upon the announcement of the conference, receiving scientific abstracts from June 1, 2024, until July 31, 2024. A total of 170 research abstracts were accepted, coming from countries such as Algeria, Morocco,

Tunisia, Yemen, Jordan, Palestine, and many Libyan universities from all regions of Libya. By the end of the deadline for receiving complete scientific papers, we received 80 scientific papers, which were evaluated by some reviewers from most Libyan universities in the east, west, south, and center. A total of 46 papers were approved, divided as follows:
- Financial axis: 15 research papers.
- Administrative axis: 12 research papers.
- Accounting axis: 11 research papers.
- Economic axis: 8 research papers.

And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
