Obstacles to the application of knowledge management at Muhammad bin Ali Al-Senussi University from the point of view of faculty members

Abstract

The study aimes to idefiny the obstacles to implemention knowledge management at the University of Muhammad bin Ali Al-Senussi  from the perspective  of  its   faculty members To achieve the objective. the of  th estudy، the descriptive analytical method was used to analyze  the data obtained from a random،  sample consisting of (155) participants. The results of the study showed that the obstacles to applying knowledge management at the university under study were high، as the obstacles to applying technical knowledge management came in first place، followed by the obstacles to applying human knowledge management، and the obstacles to applying administrative knowledge management came in last place. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the average responses of faculty members regarding the obstacles to implementing knowledge management at the university under study due to age and gender، while there were no differences due to academic qualification
