The heretical divorce between effectiveness and non- law

Abstract

The research investigated the divorce of a menstruating wife and the purity period that was touched upon, clarifying that it is prohibited and innovative by the consensus of scholars. The study also included a statement of the scholars' opinions on innovative divorce, their evidences, and a discussion of these evidences. Additionally, the study clarified the opinions of scholars who prevent the occurrence of innovative divorce, their evidences, and the discussion thereof. Through its results, the study concluded that each group discussed the evidences of the opposing side according to what was correct in their view of the evidences and their implications. Several recommendations were also made for this study.
