The reality of using modern educational technologies in teaching from the point of view of teachers at Al-Amal Center for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired -Sabha

Abstract
The aim of this study was to identify the reality of using modern educational technologies in teaching from the perspective of teachers at the Hope Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Sebha. To achieve this goal، the researcher prepared a tool for collecting information related to the study topic in the form of a questionnaire: Educational Technologies prepared by (Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz bin Fahid). The sample consisted of (35) male and female teachers، selected intentionally. The descriptive method was used، and the data were analyzed using frequency distribution tables and percentages. The results of the study showed that the reality of using modern educational technologies in teaching، from the teachers' perspective، concerning the administrative and technical aspects، was based on the modern technical devices that teachers preferred to use for teaching hearing-impaired students. The highest percentage of teachers who preferred to use the (computer - smart board) was (31.4%). As for their perception that the Hope Center for the Deaf keeps up with the use of educational technologies، the highest percentage of teachers who perceived this (sometimes) was (57.1%). Regarding the teachers' opinions on using educational technologies with hearing-impaired students، the highest percentage of teachers believed that using educational technologies (raises the academic level of the deaf) was (62.9%). In terms of the teacher's perspective، the results regarding the teacher's use of modern educational technologies showed that the highest percentage of teachers who believed that their use of modern educational technologies (increases classroom management control) was (100.0%).
