The First Regular Meeting of the University Council for the Current Year (2025).

● The University Council held its first regular meeting for the current year (2025) this morning, Tuesday, (2025/1/28)، in the main conference hall of the Faculty of Education - Traghen, chaired by Prof. Al-Mahdi Milad Al-Jadi, President of the University, with the attendance of all council members, including the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the General Secretary (acting)، the Registrar, Deans of the Faculties, and several directors of centers and departments.
● During this meeting, the council members discussed the proposed agenda as follows:
- Review and approval of the previous minutes.
- Presentation of incoming correspondence.
– Monitoring the progress of the examinations for the Fall semester (2024) and preparing for the start of the Spring semester (2025).
– Following up on the quality assurance and institutional accreditation file.
– Supporting the university media center.
– Hosting students from neighboring countries on scholarships.
– Presenting a proposal for a scientific conference at Faculty of Education - Traghen.
- Any other business arising.
