- Follow up the scientific activities of national faculty members, prepare reports on the studies and research they carry out, and complete their evaluation procedures.
- Organizing the participation of national faculty members in scientific seminars and conferences at home and abroad.
- He takes over the use of national faculty members from outside the university in teaching and training work.
- Preparing the staffing of the faculty members.
- Save the main files of the faculty members, and all matters related to the faculty member with the opening of a subfile of the colleges
