Technical Affairs and Projects Department

It is concerned with the following:

• Participate in the preparation of the university's transformation budget.
• Participation in studying the university's needs for scientific equipment and equipment and preparing reports on them.
• Providing opinions and technical advice to the university.

• Carrying out maintenance work and technical services for all the various university facilities, equipment, operation and maintenance and registration of buildings.
• Establishing and organizing the university's gardens and supervising the gardening work to ensure that the university shows the aesthetic and appropriate shape.
• Supervising animal houses and providing the necessary nutrition in coordination with the competent scientific departments.

The office specializes in the following:

• Proposing project plans for the university and its colleges and following up their implementation and evaluation.
• Participate in the preparation of the university's transformation budget.
• Preparing designs, maps and technical studies related to university projects.
• Supervising higher education projects at the university.
• Providing opinions and technical advice to the university in relation to the proposed projects being implemented at the university.
