Faculty of Sharia and Law - Umm Al-Aranib - organizes an awareness-raising educational lecture titled "Rights and Duties of Public Employees."

● Faculty of Sharia and Law, in collaboration with Faculty of Science and Technology, Umm Al-Aranib, organized an awareness-raising educational lecture titled "Rights and Duties of Public Employees" on the morning of Monday, (2025/5/19), in the auditorium of Faculty of Science and Technology. The lecture was prepared and presented by Dr. Othman Al-Touhami, a faculty member collaborating with Faculty of Sharia and Law, with the presence of Dr. Hassan Al-Taher, Dean of Faculty of Sharia, Dr. Ibrahim Bougarara, Dean of Faculty of Science and Technology, faculty members, and staff from various academic departments.

● The lecture targeted faculty members and staff from both colleges, as well as those interested in public employment issues. During the lecture, Dr. Othman addressed several important topics, including:

- The legal rights of public employees.

- The job obligations defined by the applicable Libyan laws and regulations.

- Discussion of several practical issues related to employee behavior and job performance.

● The lecture witnessed good interaction from the attendees and contributed to enriching the discussion on the concepts of public employment and ways to enhance the work environment according to proper legal frameworks.
