Presentation of Two Research Plans and Discussion as Part of Master's Students' Projects at the Libyan Academy, Southern Region Branch.

● In a step that reflects a strong commitment to enhancing the path of scientific research and graduate studies, a scientific session was held this morning, Monday (7-7-2025), at the university administration headquarters in Traghen. This session was dedicated to presenting and discussing two research plans as part of the master's students' projects at the Libyan Academy, Southern Region Branch, within the framework of the agreement between Fezzan University and the Libyan Academy, Southern Region Branch.
● The session included an in-depth scientific presentation and discussion of the two research plans submitted by the students:
– Abu Ghararah Abdul Hafeez Abu Ghararah, titled (The Impact of Inflation on Accounting Disclosure in Preparing Financial Statements).
– Hani Saad Al-Haddad, titled (The Role of Internal Auditing in Reducing Creative Accounting Practices).
● Several faculty members participated in the session, enriching the discussion with their observations and recommendations, including:
– Prof. Ibrahim Al-Mahdi Ahmed, academic supervisor of the research.
– Prof. Youssef Mammadou Hamidi, faculty member at Faculty of Economics and Accounting.
– Prof. Hassan Abdulsalam Omran, faculty member at Faculty of Economics and Accounting.
– Dr. Abdulsalam Mouloud, faculty member at faculty of Economics and Accounting.
● At the conclusion of the session, a number of valuable scientific and methodological recommendations were made, aimed at enhancing the quality of research outputs, developing the skills of researchers in the graduate studies phase, and advancing the accounting programs at Fezzan University.
