Fezzan University participates in a specialized training course as part of the [EU4Skills] project to develop higher education in Libya.

● As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of higher education and promote international cooperation, Fezzan University participated on Thursday, (31-7-2025) in Tunisia in a specialized training course organized within the activities of the third component of the [EU4Skills] project funded by the European Union in partnership with the French government, and implemented by [Expertise France].
● The Representer of Fezzan University in this course was Mr. Abdul Raouf Al-Tunisi, as part of an academic delegation that included several representatives from participating Libyan universities.
● The course aims to develop the capabilities of teaching staff, enhance educational curricula, and improve the outcomes of the educational process through the exchange of experiences and practices with prestigious educational institutions.
● The training program commenced with a scientific visit
to ESPRIT University in the Republic of Tunisia, a private higher education institution that serves as a leading model in the fields of engineering and technology, distinguished by its application of project-based learning (PBL) methodology, alongside its academic partnerships with renowned European universities in program design and quality assurance.
● In this context, Fezzan University emphasized that building academic capacities is one of the fundamental pillars for ensuring the quality of higher education and a cornerstone for achieving excellence in teaching, scientific research, and community service.
