Office of University Council Affairs
- The office is responsible for the following:
- Receive the topics that are presented to the Council or the President of the University and complete the necessary data and information about them.
- Preparing the draft agenda of the meetings of the Council in coordination with the Chairman of the Council, editing the minutes of the Council, writing its decisions and communicating them to the competent authorities, the colleges and units of the university.
- Receive the minutes of the Council's meetings and present them to the Chairman of the Council and draft and communicate their decisions.
- Organizing the Chairman's contacts and work programs of the Council.
- Receive incoming correspondence to the Chairman of the Council, prepare and preserve his correspondence and provide the information he requests.
- Doing the other work assigned to the Chairman of the Council.
