Based on the role of academic institutions in developing sciences, promoting innovation, and providing support to all other community institutions, this conference aims to study the problems faced by society, address them, and offer scientific and practical proposals and recommendations based on sound scientific principles to address financial and administrative conditions.

- General Information:
- - If a researcher is unable to attend in person, they can arrange to present via video conferencing technology.
- - Participation from researchers outside Libya will be conducted through online video conferencing (either recorded or live).
- - An invitation to participate is extended to researchers who receive notification of the acceptance of their research papers.
- - Researchers will be awarded a certificate of participation in the scientific conference.
- - Multiple researchers are allowed to collaborate on a single research paper.
- - The papers presented during the conference will be published in a special issue of the Journal of Fezzan University.
- Conditions for the Research Paper:
- - The topic of the research paper must be related to one of the conference themes
- - The originality of the research ideas and topic, ensuring that it has not been previously published or submitted for publication in a scientific journal or conference, nor has it been part of a master's thesis or doctoral dissertation.
- - The soundness of the scientific methodology followed in the research.
- - The clarity of the language used in the research and the coherence of its ideas.
- - When documenting sources, references must be indicated at the end of the paper with sequential numbers under the title (Footnotes) according to their order of appearance, as well as for listing sources and references.
- - The researcher must include their name, academic degree, position, and workplace on the first page of their paper, along with the address for correspondence, phone number, and email address.
- - Research and scientific studies must be written in Arabic; English submissions are also accepted provided they are accompanied by an abstract in Arabic not exceeding 150 words.
- - The number of pages must not exceed 25 pages, including tables, references, and illustrative figures such as images and drawings.
- - Research and scientific studies must be typed using (Microsoft Word) and submitted in paper format in A4 size with single spacing between lines (Single Spaced) and printed on one side only, in addition to an electronic copy sent to the conference email, along with a copy of the researcher’s curriculum vitae.
- Important Dates:
- - The deadline for submitting paper abstracts is September 30, 2023. Researchers will be notified of the evaluation results within one week of submission.
- - The deadline for submitting complete research papers is November 15, 2023.
- - Notification of accepted research papers will be on November 20, 2023.
- - The conference will take place from November 29 to 30, 2023.
