• All manuscripts submitted for publication in the journal undergo an initial review by the editorial board. If a manuscript is rejected at this stage, the author will be notified accordingly.
  • If the manuscript passes the initial screening, it proceeds to a double-blind peer review process, whereby neither the reviewers know the identity of the author nor the author knows the identity of the reviewers. Each manuscript is reviewed by two reviewers who possess expertise closely related to the research topic and hold academic ranks of Assistant Professor or higher.
  • Reviewers are expected to provide their feedback within thirty days from the date of receiving the manuscript. Upon receiving the reviewers’ reports, the editorial board takes appropriate action based on the reviewers’ recommendations. In cases where the reviewers’ opinions conflict, the manuscript is referred to a third reviewer for a decisive evaluation. If the manuscript is accepted without any revisions, the publication process continues and the author is provided with an acceptance letter. If revisions are required, the manuscript will be returned to the author with comments for modification within fifteen days. The identities of the reviewers and their reports are treated with strict confidentiality.
