Editor-in-Chief's Message
My fellow editors and I are pleased to present to you the second issue of the fourth volume of the peer-reviewed scientific journal of the University of Fezzan, published by the University of Fezzan in both Arabic and English. This journal focuses on the humanities and applied sciences and expresses the vision and ambition of the University of Fezzan to be a beacon of knowledge and science, contributing to the fulfillment of the university's mission as a center for scientific research and service to society and the environment. This is achieved through the publication of solid studies and research in various humanities and applied fields, particularly those that directly address societal problems and issues.
The Editorial Board has been committed to the speed and accuracy of publishing scientific studies and research that meet the requirements in terms of originality, soundness of process, and scientific methodology. It hopes that the journal will live up to the aspirations and ambitions placed upon it, continue its regular publication, and contribute to enriching the scientific arena with new and useful scientific research and studies. On this occasion, the Editorial Board invites all researchers from all over the world to publish their research and studies in this journal and to offer their opinions and suggestions, which will contribute to achieving the journal's vision, mission, and objectives.
Finally, I extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to all members of the Editorial Board, the Advisory Committee, the technical staff, and everyone who has helped complete this issue and bring it to fruition. May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
